Experience
I founded ComputerServices.bz in 2000. What started as an after-school interest in my senior year of high school has blossomed into a full-blown career and passion.
In addition to over 20 years of experience and a degree in networking, I have earned numerous industry certifications including the prestigious Certified Wireless Design Professional certification. These certifications enable me to test and prove my knowledge while keeping current with industry standards. Most national retail chains only require their geeks to take a single open-book exam before considering them qualified.
I am personally employed by a large school district as a computer and network technician. That employment provides a wide range of experiences that few computer techs have access to. I am also subject to background checks and drug tests, unlike other independent computer technicians

Certifications
Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP)

The Certified Wireless Network Professional program is the industry’s leading WiFi certification program.
I have earned three of their accreditations, including the Certified Wireless Design Professional (CWDP) endorsement to the Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification.

Computing Technology Industry Association

The Computing Technology Industry Association’s certifications are the cornerstone of the IT industry.
I earned the CompTIA A+ computer technician certification in 1998 and also hold the CompTIA Network+ certification.
Ubiqitui Networks

Through classroom instruction, I obtained the Ubiquiti Broadband Wireless Specialist certification. This covers outdoor wireless and point-to-point wireless bridging.
Apple

I was previously a certified Apple Service Technician. While that certification expired, the knowledge remains, and I still work on Apple products that are outside of warranty periods.
Additional

I also have additional minor certifications from Apple and Microsoft.
